Компания (частное лицо), занимающаяся поиском, принятием или осуществлением приказов на покупку или продажу фьючерсных контрактов, подчиняющаяся правилам фьючерсной биржи и принимающая (в связи с поиском или приемом приказов) деньги или ценные бумаги за каждую конечную сделку или контракт. Посредники должны иметь лицензию Комиссии по срочным товарным сделкам.
